About

Katrina Hayes.  MLD & NMT Therapist

Having suffered a back injury in my early twenties and consequently suffering Chronic pain for a long time I set out to find the answers on how to improve and reduce the pain and accompanying symptoms.

I discovered Neuromuscular Therapy and qualified in 2015, which led on to a course in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy, Dr. Vodder method.  This is a very precise method that is used specifically for treating Lymphedema after cancer.  I have also completed courses in Kinesio Taping, Western Dry Needling and First Aid.

Since Qualifying as a  Therapist I have seen how the treatment can change peoples health in a positive manner,  reduce their pain, improve mobility, reduce anxiety levels, improve sleep patterns and help with conditions that people have struggled with for many years  by helping their body return to  a proper functioning system, by raising their energy levels and improving their overall well-being.  I am committed to a program of continuous  professional development to benefit my clients.
